LinkyListT is a web widget developed and hosted by 2-GetCash Inc, Inc. It serves as an advertising tool that can be easily integrated within the user's site or blog which allows the user to exchange links among other publishers and advertisers.
IMPORTANT: Read carefully the following terms and conditions of this license agreement before installing, or using the LinkyListT Beta widget. This agreement is between you, "User, Publisher" and 2-GetCash Inc, Inc. "We, Us, Our". By checking the "I Agree" box you agree to be bound by this agreement enforced by 2-GetCash Inc. We highly recommend that as you read this agreement check the links indicated for further details. If you disagree to any of the terms and conditions indicated on this agreement, you are not licensed to use this application.

GENERAL

This LinkyList widget is licensed and not sold to you by 2-GetCash Inc for use under the terms of this license. The rights granted herein are limited to your use hereunder of LinkyList Widget Software and do not include any other patents of 2-GetCash Inc to the software. The rights granted indicated on this agreement include any software updates or upgrades unless 2-GetCash Inc will set a separate license agreement for such upgrade.

MODIFICATION OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

2-GetCash Inc reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any of the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement at any time without prior notice. Any applicable changes may be posted without notice to you. Please check this terms and conditions periodically to be guided accordingly. USE OF WIDGET

Registration and Liability - The use of this widget may require your registration to 2-GetCash Inc which is absolutely free. You consent that you agree to be part of LinkyList and 2-GetCash Inc network. As a user or publisher you are responsible for the Linkylist widget you added on your website or blog and for all the activities undertaken on your account. You shall be responsible for the advertisers or links anchored on your widget. Moreover, you have the right to remove any links that you do not intend or want to be shown on your widget. You understand and acknowledge that all advertisers linking on your Linkylist widget shall be subject to Linkylist terms and conditions.

You consent that you are also responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your password and username, and for restricting access of your personal files or computer so others may not access your account.

All the contents (except for any user provided Information), computer code, graphics, and all other elements of Linkylist widget provided by 2-GetCash Inc are protected by United States copyright, patent, trademark laws and all other relevant intellectual property and proprietary rights.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Customer/ affiliate/ User/Member/You and 2-GetCash Inc.
